End-user license agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between Hefestus Technologies Ltd. ("Hefestus Technologies", "we") and each person who uses Priority To QuickBooks ("the app", "you").

2. Who may use the app

The app is an internal tool. Only employees of Hefestus Technologies and Hefestus USA whom we authorize may use it. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

3. License

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for your work for Hefestus Technologies or Hefestus USA. You may not copy, share, sell, rent or give the app to anyone else. You may not change, decompile or reverse-engineer it.

4. QuickBooks

The app connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's public API. Your use of QuickBooks and the data in it is also subject to Intuit's terms of service. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. This app is not made or endorsed by Intuit.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without any warranty. We do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Check important changes in QuickBooks yourself.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profit, that comes from using the app.

7. End of this agreement

Your right to use the app ends when your work for Hefestus Technologies or Hefestus USA ends, or when we tell you it ends. When it ends, stop using the app and remove it from your PC. A QuickBooks admin can also disconnect the app from QuickBooks at any time.

8. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
